Super cozy stay!

This place is so charming! Waking up to the smell of bacon was the best alarm ever. The room had a fantastic Jacuzzi tub, and we loved exploring the VHS tape collection. Guests are treated like family, and breakfast was super tasty with plenty of options. The only thing was the bed felt a bit too firm for us.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the Luxury Room with Spa Bath while visiting the nearby attractions. The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and museums, and the breakfast was generous with plenty of delicious options. The ambiance of the property was charming and it felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our first visit to Indianapolis!

I loved the room's spaciousness and comfort, especially the jacuzzi tub. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped because of its size. One issue I faced was the lack of a personal key for the room, which felt a bit insecure when I left. The shower could also use an upgrade. it took a while for the hot water to come through. Overall, I appreciate the attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness, but some updates could enhance the experience further.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, where my partner and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with multiple selections and also appreciated the comfortable beds and luxurious towels in our Queen Room.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort

My stay was delightful! Gary, the host, greeted us warmly and showed us around his beautifully restored home. The King Room was immaculate, decorated with ornate details, and we loved the tasty homemade cookies available throughout our stay. Breakfast was delightful, offering a delicious variety including fresh fruits and waffles. One thing to note is that the jacuzzi tub took up some bathroom space, but it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise outstanding experience.
